Irregular meditation leads to psychic/nervous disorder?

i have this doubt that if irregular meditation leads to psychic or nervous disorders ?
I have read an article on the net which says irregular meditation leads to bad results

Zombie Doubts

I have joined the mission in 1997 when my heart was seeking for real love and i bumped into the mission unknowingly and without reading much books and later i read the books thoroughly not in a real spritual way but with a view of love...

I loved a girl for 4-5 years (1996-2000) and my heart was thinking whether she really loves me etc stuff... and i joined the mission and one day i saw in meditation that her hand was in my hand and i therefore proposed to her and she rejected my proposal

and she got married... i was heartbroken but with the love for Guru chariji, and his love for me i have survived somehow thinking that this Guruji loves me...And with my immense love for the girl which is turned into love for chariji (because he helped me gather courage to propose her, thats a big thing for me in life, not now though)

Now because of this love, i think my samskaras are burnt up as the philosphy of sahaj marg goes, and i have seen the spiritual forms of so many Brighter world souls

including babuji maharaj, Shri krishna, Chariji and others too... Now my problem is this is called visual hallucination in medical terms and is called as psychic disorder.. and i behaved strangelt as per the Chariji's spiritual form guided me and one fine day my parents took me to psychiatrist and i was/ am still under treatment... Now after the treatment i fell on earth.. now i see the material life,,, money,,, how people behave, from 1997 to almost i guess 2006 i am in a spiritual zombie, and also used to follow chariji like monkey... i wrote to Charijji that whether these spitiual forms are ture or not.. and he never replied.... I get fucking angry... coz Its his duty to reply... or he may reply you are not fit to do meditation or etc like that ,,, may be he dont want to hurt me and did not reply.. but i used to see, the spiritual forms similar to regular, physical human beings, except that the forms are really divine and thers's a peculiar light around them... lord krishna's was Blue colour form and chariji's golden colour form...

Plz let me know if someone has the same experiences or if someone else was forced to medication becasue of visual experiences.. they call it visual hallucinations in medical terms....
